Aim of the role:

Eternia Solar LT is looking for an ambitious B2B Project Management Team Lead to manage PV project management team. The aim of the role is to ensure the implementation of projects according to the scope, deadlines, company goals, budget in accordance with the contracts, project management process and good practice, to control project management risks.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Leading the full cycle project management of renewable energy projects;
• Manage and control project timelines, finances and secure that deadlines getting match;
• Prepare and/or coordinate as-built-documentation;
• Maintain communication, cooperate with engineers, procurement team, suppliers and subcontractors;
• Managing technical analysis and reports for potential renewable PV projects,
• Controlling timelines and milestones on the development of projects and providing reports to the Management;
• Predict project discrepancies and identify risks;
• Prepare project implementation reports;
• To ensure that the implementation of projects complies with EU and local law.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in managing Solar energy projects and project teams;
• Hands on experience in grid applications, environmental permitting, administrative authorizations, etc.;
• Goal-oriented in terms of setting and respecting timelines and deliverables;
• Understanding of environmental constraints, legal/technical documentation review and negotiations;
• Personal & Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High capacity to adapt to the dynamic speed of PV industry;
• Excellent in English.

Our offer:
Salary ranges for this position are from 3000 – 4200 Eur brutto (i.e. before taxes).   • Organizing and managing active sales of solar power plants to corporate clients;
  • Searching for new clients and innovative sales opportunities;
  • Preparing commercial offers;
  • Organizing meetings, keeping continuous and close cooperation with clients while providing high quality solutions;
  • Representing company and product at various exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Have 4+ years successful experience in selling investment solutions, technical solutions to business clients (technical product – a big advantage);
  • Have good knowledge of basic technical principles (in electrical part);
  • Have an excellent communication skills, are result oriented, have energetic personality, know your business ethics, have high responsibility and internal discipline;
  • Are fluent in Lithuanian and English;
  • Category B driving license.
