UAB Litana ir Ko saulės elektrinė was designed by splitting the electricity transmission across two on-site power connectors. The power output directed to one of the power connectors is meant to fulfill the company’s annual electricity needs. The amount of electricity directed to the other power connector is supposed to cover the instantaneous electricity consumption of the company. This divide ensures the maximum direct energy consumption and the minimum transmission of excess electricity to the electricity grid.
The load-bearing structures of the building are made of metal, so Eternia Solar team had to calculate the maximum possible load of the power plant. Eternia Solar team has ensured that the company’s roof will be able to withstand the extra weight, considering both the weight of the power plant and the potential snow or wind loads.
SolarEdge optimized system allows UAB Litana ir Ko to track the performance of each solar module separately and continuously monitor the efficiency of the solar power plant.
