The solar power plant was installed on one of the buildings of the supermarket chain Aibė. Due to the store’s location within the visual protection zone of Vilnius Olde Town, the project was closely coordinated with the Department of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture. To prevent the solar power plant from becoming a distinctive accent and creating visual pollution, the Eternia Solar team selected monocrystalline black modules to match the black roofing for the project.
