PERSONAL DATA OF THE STAFF APPLICANTS

The Controller shall process the personal data of the staff applicants only for the purposes of staff selection and recruitment, in the legitimate interest of assessing the suitability of the applicant for the position in question.

In addition to the data provided to the applicant’s employees, the Controller may collect and otherwise process other publicly available data of the applicant related to qualifications, professional skills, competencies, i. e. search for information online, check the applicant’s profiles on social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc. The Controller may also contact the applicant’s former employers listed on the applicant’s CV and/or the applicant’s social networking public accounts and request such former employers to provide information on the applicant’s qualifications, professional skills and competencies.

The personal data of the applicant participating in the relevant selection of the Controller shall be kept by the Controller for 6 months from the end of the relevant selection procedure. The period of storage of personal data shall be extended only with the consent of the applicant to the processing of personal data. If the consent to continue processing the personal data of the applicant is not obtained, then at the end of the said period all personal data of the respective applicant (both data submitted by the applicant and data collected by the Controller) shall be deleted.

PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
